- Production of floor plans and elevations (existing and proposed). Production of location / Block Plans. Preparation of ‘Design & Access Statement’ (if required)
- Drawings submitted to customer for approval and payment
- Submission to Local Authority for Planning Permission

Building Regulations
- Produce construction drawings including cross sections
- Write up specification to comply with building regulations
- Submit to Building Control for approval
- Two sets of drawings delivered to client on payment
