We also have our own drawing office: helping us interpret your vision for your home, enabling us to carry out our own architectural work and liaising directly with the local authority. The fact that we are a locally-based West Sussex company means we know the local authority planners and building regulators well. Our approach means we can carefully negotiate the minefields that planning and building regulations can sometimes be, deliver the vision you desire and keep the costs of the whole project under control.
